Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Three or more years of military police, corrections officer, or armed security experience, or be a certified law enforcement graduate.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointment information, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests.
• Monitor access to the facility, maintain logs, and communicate access concerns to leadership.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner following escalation procedures.
• Report suspicious behavior or policy violations to site leadership and management.
