Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests.
• Monitor access to the facility and maintain logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report security concerns per procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report suspicious behavior.
