Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Driver Visitor Reception in Syracuse, NY. You will welcome visitors, verify access, issue credentials, monitor cameras, and respond to incidents, while delivering exceptional service at a utilities location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the job state.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal/state/local laws; drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required; driving positions require a valid license.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service at a front desk location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Welcome employees, contractors, and visitors; verify access authorization; issue visitor credentials; maintain accurate visitor logs per site procedures.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and communications systems from the front desk, report unusual activity or equipment concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Assist with directing visitors, answering routine inquiries, and supporting a professional, service-oriented environment at a utilities location.
