Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Driver Concierge in Liverpool, NY. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and deliver outstanding customer service at a utilities location.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. You will contribute to a secure, professional environment while representing Allied Universal’s culture of care and reliability.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a utility location.
• Operate the front desk, greet visitors, issue credentials, maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications; report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following procedures.
• Maintain records and communicate security information to site leadership.
