Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Three+ years of experience as military police, corrections officer, armed guard, or certified law enforcement graduate.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk.
• Monitor access by greeting visitors, verifying IDs, and issuing credentials.
• Answer phones, give directions, and communicate professionally.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Report unusual activity or security concerns to appropriate personnel.
