Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a front desk professional to provide courteous customer service at a commercial real estate lobby. You will greet visitors, manage access control, and support security procedures to keep tenants and staff safe.

You’ll monitor lobby activities, respond to incidents, and maintain clear visitor logs, contributing to a welcoming and secure environment for all occupants and guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge handling experience preferred.
• Minimum 18 or 21+ for certain roles as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct tenants, guests, and vendors at the front desk.
• Follow site-specific security procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and report issues per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies and contact appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports for a welcoming lobby.
