Allied Universal is seeking a Front Desk Security Officer to be the welcoming, highly visible presence at a commercial real estate location in Dallas, TX. You will manage access, greet tenants and visitors, and support a secure environment.

The role is full-time with a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule, offering training, career growth, and comprehensive benefits as part of a dedicated team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional first point of contact for tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or prospective clients at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate sign-in records per site procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems; report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations calmly, following established emergency procedures.
• Provide customer service by answering calls, directing visitors, and supporting security-related policies.
