Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per law.
• Drug screen per law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors at a residential community front desk.
• Monitor access by greeting visitors, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and logging visits.
• Receive and route telephone calls, deliveries, and resident inquiries professionally.
• Observe lobby activity, report unusual activity or maintenance concerns, deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond calmly to incidents, resident concerns, and emergencies following site procedures.
