Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Building Access Control in Santa Ana, CA. You will provide a professional front-desk presence at a financial institution, manage visitor access, and support security communications. Formación

• 2+ years of security experience required.
• Experience using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws; drug screening may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional front-desk customer service and greet visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Monitor visitor access, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Answer calls, provide directions and information, and communicate with staff and visitors.
• Observe reception area and monitor access-control systems for unusual or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following site procedures.
