Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Credential Review in New York, NY. You will provide a welcoming front-desk presence, manage visitor credentials, and monitor access at a commercial property.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial office property by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to site requirements.
• Monitor access to the building lobby and/or reception area, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services and/or management as needed.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and visitor inquiries while maintaining accurate records and supporting a professional tenant and guest experience.
