Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver Reception Operations in Quakertown, PA. You will welcome visitors, manage access control, issue badges and support security communications at a busy logistics site.

This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills, with a schedule including daytime and overnight shifts. Pay is $17.46 per hour, with opportunities to grow through training and career development.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and employees.
• Monitor access to the distribution location and verify credentials.
• Issue visitor passes and maintain entry records.
• Receive, screen and direct calls, deliveries and inquiries professionally.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
