Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Reception Operations in Malvern, PA. This role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with opportunities to pick up extra shifts.

You will greet visitors, screen identifications, issue credentials, and monitor access while maintaining a professional front desk. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are required, with six-month anchor shift

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access to the facility, receive and route calls or deliveries, and communicate access concerns or unusual activity to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Maintain a professional front‑desk presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a welcoming environment for authorized guests.
