Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Lobby Alarm Coordination in Los Angeles, CA to welcome tenants and visitors, manage access, monitor security systems, and respond to alarms with professionalism at a commercial real estate location.

You will provide exceptional customer service, operate front desk duties, and coordinate with building management and responders. This full-time role offers steady schedules and opportunities to grow within a supportive security team.

Qualifications

• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, maintain a professional presence, and support access control procedures for the building.
• Monitor visitor access, verify credentials as required, issue temporary access credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Receive and route calls, coordinate with building management and/or emergency responders as appropriate, and document security-related activities.
