Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments across centers.
• Verify and update patient demographics; advise on visit requirements.
• Assist with eligibility for Sliding Fee Scale and coordinate with Registration Assistance.
• Enter visits in eClinicalWorks and generate patient superbill.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate with staff to minimize no-shows and delays.
• Provide interpretation services as needed.
