SPENGA is seeking a Front Desk Sales and Support for our Waukee, IA studio to drive sales and promote the SPENGA brand. You will manage day-to-day lead generation, track memberships, and support the studio's success.

Excellent customer service and organization are essential, with previous sales experience preferred. A positive, motivated attitude helps create a welcoming environment for staff and clients, supporting SPENGA's exciting fitness philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Lead generation, grass roots marketing, and establishing B2B relationships.
• Lead tracking and sales aspects of the business.
• Lead, train, and motivate to represent SPENGA.
• Sell memberships and retail; retain and increase client participation.
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, promote SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
