Pure Barre Delafield is hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate to support daily studio operations, assist with member check-in, and ring up retail sales using ClubReady. You will contact leads, convert them to memberships, and provide exceptional service to retain current members.

The role emphasizes friendly engagement, building relationships, and achieving sales goals while contributing to a positive, empowering community at Pure Barre Delafield.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required.
• Warm, welcoming and engaging personality.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative; proficient with ClubReady.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and understanding goals.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills through ongoing training.
