Job summary

Pure Barre Delafield is hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate to support daily studio operations, assist with member check-in, and ring up retail sales using ClubReady. You will contact leads, convert them to memberships, and provide exceptional service to retain current members.

The role emphasizes friendly engagement, building relationships, and achieving sales goals while contributing to a positive, empowering community at Pure Barre Delafield.

Position

The purpose of the Front Desk Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager & Instructors with daily studio operations (ie: light cleaning, member check-in and use of POS system to ring up retail). Additionally, the Front Desk Sales Associate will be assisting with new membership sales by contacting leads and bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Front Desk Sale Associate also assists with retaining and providing unmated customer service to current members.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and needs
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactionsFollow up & follow through activities with prospective clients
• Assist current or prospective members with check-in process
• Attend and complete all relative training programs
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Other duties as assigned

• Authorization to work in the United States required
