Job summary

Pure Barre Kildeer-Deer Park is seeking a part-time Sales Representative/Front Desk Associate to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, member retention, and excellent customer service.

The role requires two evenings per week and weekend availability, with opportunities for growth, a free unlimited Pure Barre membership, and employee discounts. Boutique fitness knowledge is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and understanding goals.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients.
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
