Job summary

The Lash Lounge Prosper — Gates of Prosper is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon in Prosper and McKinney. You’ll handle calls, bookings, memberships, and retail, delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.

This role offers hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses, with realistic earnings based on performance. We provide a positive team culture, training opportunities, and employee discounts, plus part/full-time health

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry.
• Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers.
• Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work weekends and evenings.
• Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed.
