The Lash Lounge Prosper - Gates of Prosper is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon. In a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment, you will greet guests, answer calls, and convert inquiries into bookings.

You’ll drive memberships and retail, create an exceptional first impression, and support a positive team culture with growth opportunities and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, sales or retail, preferably in spa/salon or hospitality.
• Excellent people skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.

We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
• Follow up on leads quickly and confidently

PAY:

• Hourly base + commission + bonuses
• Typical earnings: $13-$16/hr
• Top performers can earn more!

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
• Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
• Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Can work weekends and evenings
• Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
