The Lash Lounge Dallas – Park Cities is seeking a highly motivated front desk sales associate. This role is not just about handling front desk duties; it’s a launching pad for a potential leadership career within the beauty and franchising industry. You will be responsible for creating an excellent customer experience, promoting sales, booking appointments, and maintaining the environment.

We are looking for individuals who excel in customer service, possess a natural drive for sales, and can multitask effectively. Competitive hourly wage of $18-$20 based on experience, with growth opportunities into management roles included.

COMPENSATION:

• Range $18-$20 hourly depending on experience level

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase membership sales and retail sales

• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to work weekends and during the day on Monday
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
