Job summary

StretchLab Tyler is seeking an energetic, sales-driven Front Desk/Sales Associate to support the General Manager. You will greet clients, manage front desk operations, and drive membership sales through lead follow-up and consultations.

Ideal candidates show strong communication and customer service, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fitness environment with some travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close.
• Greet clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and phone calls.
• Drive sales by converting inquiries into memberships or sessions.
• Educate clients about services, memberships, and promotions.
• Book intro sessions.
• Follow up with leads and prospects.
• Process payments.
• Assist with studio cleanliness and organization.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes.
• Support team marketing events to promote the club.

POSITION: Front Desk/Sales Associate

The purpose of the Front Desk/Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager. He or she is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients while driving membership and service sales. This role combines customer service, sales, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every guest. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• A flexible schedule would be preferredbut not required
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
• Must be able to make phone calls throughout the shift
