Massage Envy Middletown in Louisville, KY is hiring Front Desk Sales Associates, offering full-time and part-time opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering a warm, professional welcome and guiding them through our wellness services.

This role emphasizes friendly service, basic product knowledge, and achieving personal and team sales goals through genuine conversation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Massage Envy membership benefits and wellness services.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team.
• Reliability, motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.

As one of the first people our members and guests interact with, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with questions.

• Recommending products and services that support clients' wellness goals.

• Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk environment.
• Supporting teammates to create an outstanding client experience every day.
