Job summary

Club Pilates - New York is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome members and introduce Pilates to prospective clients in Framingham. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, clear communication, and sales-oriented engagement during evening hours.

You will generate leads, follow up, and close memberships while maintaining a warm, energetic studio environment. The position requires reliable availability Tue and a second evening, with occasional Mon or Wed as needed.

Job description

Club Pilates is a boutique fitness concept and as such the Front Desk Associate provides exceptional customer service to our members! This role also presents Club Pilates to potential members to win new members.Candidates with an outgoing personality and strong customer services experience is ideal.

HOURS: 3:30 - 7:30 2 nights a week (Tue and either Mon or Wed)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Enjoy talking to prospective members about their fitness goals and the benefits of Pilates
• Excellent communicationand customer service skills
• Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues verbally and in writing
• Proficient computer skills
• Sales minded and member focused

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote a fun, warm & welcoming atmosphere!
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Provide excellent customer service to our members

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• This position has an hourly rate plus 10% commission paid on sales
