Job summary

D1 Training - Arlington is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive outreach, set consultations, and coordinate in-person sales with our coaching team.

You'll contact leads via phone, text, and email, conduct outbound outreach to local schools and community groups, and follow up to keep appointments on the calendar, while building relationships with parents and athletes to support memberships.

D1 Training is an athletic-based fitness franchise focused on helping athletes of all ages reach their goals, both on and off the field. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Appointment Coordinator who excels at appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.

What You'll Do
