Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with people and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitors entry and egress of residents and guests.
• Take telephone messages for residents and staff.
• Distribute resident mail.
• Assist in emergencies and building evacuations.
• Record resident events and observations in the logbook.
• Monitor and document client medication self-administration.
