Beech Acres Parenting Center is seeking a Front Desk Safety Specialist to join our Cincinnati-area team in a part-time role (28 hours). The position handles client greeting, safety checks, incident response, and general front-office workflow in a supportive nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating security checks, assisting with data entry, handling phone inquiries, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming space for clients and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Provide courteous customer service while following safety and security procedures.
• Ability to de-escalate high-stress situations and maintain poise.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply printed rules, orders, and training materials.
• Generate clear, concise, and detailed written reports.

• Provide customer service to clients by enforcing safety and security procedures and policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular patrols around the facility and perimeter.
• Maintain a safe environment and report concerns to authorities as needed.
• Greet clients and assist them entering the building to ensure a positive experience.
• Serve as liaison for visitors and conduct security checks, including sign-in.
