About the Role

The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for guests and manages all stages of a guest’s stay.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Adhere to company and departmental procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times.
  2. Foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
  3. Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to promote positive customer relations.
  4. Register guests into the hotel and process check-outs at the end of their stay.
  5. Maintain cash bank, prepare daily deposits, and handle cash payments with immediate posting and LMS-generated receipts.
  6. Make baggage arrangements according to hotel procedures.
  7. Handle customer check-outs and accept payments for charges in line with hotel procedures.
  8. Verify room status and assist with reservations.
  9. Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, rates, and amenities.
  10. Inform guests about hotel services and events.
  11. Greet guests warmly and professionally using a positive and clear voice.
  12. Maintain knowledge of all outlets and their hours of operation.
  13. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in cash handling, customer service, and computer skills, including LMS & ACSC.
  14. Effective communication skills in English are essential.

Essential Functions

  1. Resolve customer issues with a customer-focused approach.
  2. Promote positive relations with the public and staff.
  3. Work in a casino environment with factors like secondhand smoke, noise, and stress.
  4. Stand for entire shifts and move throughout the hotel and casino areas.
  5. Work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.

What’s Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in cash handling and customer service.
  • Desired computer skills, including LMS & ACSC.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
