• Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
• Comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and basic computer programs.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, customer-facing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong team player.
• Enthusiasm for working with children and families.
• Sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in students, parents, and guests.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about swim lessons and programs.
• Process enrollments, schedule swim lessons, and manage class rosters.
• Handle customer payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Address customer concerns and escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Support swim school staff with administrative tasks and daily operations as needed.
