NIGRO DERMATOLOGY GROUP PA in Houston, TX is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to be the first contact for patients. You will greet arrivals, book appointments, answer phone calls, collect payment information, and assist with our online messaging system.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, a cheerful disposition, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic. Prior receptionist or scheduling software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• bilingual preferred
