ALIGN INTEGRATED CARE PLLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative for our busy mental health clinic. You will greet clients, book appointments, answer calls, verify eligibility, and collect payment information, while maintaining a welcoming, organized front area.

The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, strong communication skills, good computer abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Experience as a receptionist is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or online and provide a friendly experience.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Answer emails and perform duties as assigned.
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms.
• Perform insurance eligibility and accept payments.

As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients whether in person or online. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, obtain eligibility, and collect payment information. • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Perform insurance eligibility and accept payments
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
