Role Description

This is a part time on‑site role based in Greater Philadelphia for a Front Desk Representative at MassageLuXe. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, handling reservations, and assisting guests in scheduling appointments. Additional duties include answering phone calls, addressing guest inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times to ensure exceptional customer service.
