Job summary

Hilton Arlington Rosslyn – The Key is seeking friendly, dependable Front Desk Agents to join our team in Arlington. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering warm, professional service to guests. Pay is $23.00 per hour.

Hotel experience is preferred but not required; strong customer service and communication skills help you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include check-ins/check-outs, handling guest questions, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping and other

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hotels or customer service is a plus.
• OnQ system experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments to resolve guest needs.

• Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby and Front Desk.

Job description

Hilton Arlington Rosslyn – The Key is looking for friendly, dependable, and service-focused Front Desk Agents to join our team.

Pay: $23.00/hour

Our Front Desk Agents are the face of the hotel and play an important role in making every guest feel welcome. We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others, communicate well, and can stay positive and professional in a busy environment.

Hotel experience is preferred, but not required. If you have strong customer service experience and a passion for working with people.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
• Assist with guest questions, requests, and concerns
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest information
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments to resolve guest needs
• Provide information about hotel amenities and the surrounding Rosslyn/DC area
• Promote Hilton Honors and recognize Hilton Honors members
• Help maintain a welcoming and organized lobby and Front Desk

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Hilton OnQ experience is a plus, but not required
