Job summary

Hilton Arlington Rosslyn – The Key is seeking friendly, dependable Front Desk Agents to join our team in Arlington. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering warm, professional service to guests. Pay is $23.00 per hour.

Hotel experience is preferred but not required; strong customer service and communication skills help you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include check-ins/check-outs, handling guest questions, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping and other

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hotels or customer service is a plus.
• OnQ system experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist with guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest information.
• Work with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments to resolve guest needs.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and the Rosslyn/DC area.
• Promote Hilton Honors and recognize Hilton Honors members.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby and Front Desk.
