The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting a hospitality-focused Receptionist to provide excellent service for our Independent Living residents and community. Starting at $15.00-$17.00/hr, this part-time role offers meaningful interaction with residents and visitors in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of receptionist experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and strong telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers in a warm, professional manner.
• Meet and greet residents and visitors; be the first face they see at the community.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist other management with projects/assignments.
