Four Seasons Baltimore is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with efficiency and high service standards. The role focuses on hospitality, guest requests, and assisting guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.

You will be part of a luxury hospitality team at a waterfront urban retreat, delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining Four Seasons' reputation for exceptional service.

Competenze

• Experience in guest services or front-desk hospitality preferred.

The role of the Front Desk Receptionist

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

Ensures the process of the guest checking in and out is completed in an efficient and friendly manner.

Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
