Four Seasons in Baltimore is seeking a Housekeeping House Attendant to support Room Attendants, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness on guest floors.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and enjoy benefits such as medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and complimentary employee meals and room nights.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are stocked and rooms are clean.
• Move and deliver guest room items; assist in heavy lifting and room preparation.
• Assist with duties in Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant areas as needed.
• Identify opportunities to personalize service for each guest.

The role of the Housekeeping House Attendant

Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms. Pick Up and Deliver Guest room items. Assist in moving heavy objects in guest rooms. Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant. Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
