Job summary

Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers of Texas is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist in Arlington, TX. You will greet patients, manage calls, answer questions about procedures, and handle billing and scheduling with accuracy and care.

Two years of patient care experience and strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred. Training is available. The role includes benefits such as health coverage, retirement plans, and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Two years of patient/customer care experience (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the office in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, assist, and direct all incoming calls to appropriate parties.
• Answer general patient questions about procedures and referrals.
• Quote and discuss surgical fees, service fees, co-pays, and financing options.
• Check patients in/out and schedule appointments as needed.
• Bill visits through insurance, collect payments, and enter CPT/ICD-10 codes.
