Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers professionally and efficiently to minimize hold times.
• Take thorough messages with contact details and purpose of call.
• Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
• Assist with filing and other admin tasks as needed.
• Prepare sales and service gas tickets for Accounting.
• Serve as backup to Sales Department Cashier.
• Assist General Manager with clerical duties.
• Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with customers and employees.
