Job summary

A & L RV Sales is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet guests, answer and direct phone calls, and coordinate front desk activities to ensure a smooth dealership experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; RV dealership experience is preferred. You will support the sales team and help maintain a welcoming showroom and office area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Experience in an RV or auto dealership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as the first point of contact.
• Coordinate front desk activities and direct calls promptly.
• Screens calls and takes messages; notify sales staff as needed.
• Maintain orderly sales area, waiting and breakrooms.
• Assist with assembling customer goody bags and distribution of brochures.
