Job summary

RV Country Oregon LLC is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet customers, vendors and guests at our Oregon location. You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent service while directing visitors and handling calls with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include answering phones, distributing mail, providing clerical support, and assisting the inventory team. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior receptionist experience preferred.

• Able to operate a multi-line phone system.
• Proficient in administrative procedures and office software.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, vendors and guests.
• Determines the purpose of visits and directs accordingly.
