You will greet customers, process payments for service, parts, and vehicle purchases, balance the cash drawer, answer calls, and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cashiering, customer service, reception, retail, banking, hospitality, restaurants, or office administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and financial transactions.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and systems.
• Automotive dealership experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance.
• Process payments for services, parts, purchases, and other transactions.
• Accept cash, checks, and cards and provide receipts.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate department.
• Maintain and file dealership records and paperwork.
• Prepare daily cashier and transaction reports.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, Sales, and Accounting to resolve questions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and financial information.
