New Motors Ford in Girard, PA is seeking a friendly Cashier/Receptionist to be the first voice and face of the dealership. You will answer calls, greet customers, process payments, and keep the cashier window organized to support the sales, service, and accounting teams.

The ideal candidate has a friendly phone manner, attention to detail, comfort with computers, and reliability. Training provided; prior cashier or reception experience is a plus but not required.

• Friendly, upbeat phone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Accurate with money and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Cashier, reception, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the right department.
• Take accurate messages and follow up so no customer falls through the cracks.
• Greet customers and handle their questions at the cashier window.
• Process credit card payments and collect checks for service, parts, and sales.
• Balance your cash drawer and keep accurate daily payment records.
• Support the sales, service, and accounting teams as needed.
