Elevate Care Riverwoods is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and provide front desk support to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Greet & Assist Visitors – Provide a warm welcome to residents, families, and guests.
• Answer & Direct Calls – Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism.
• Clerical Support – Handle filing, scheduling, and data entry tasks.
• Coordinate Deliveries & Appointments – Ensure efficient communication within the facility.
• Maintain a Professional & Organized Front Desk – Create a positive first impression for all who enter.
