St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dover, NH, seeks a friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff. You will manage calls, maintain directories, and provide information with warmth and professionalism.

Day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekday coverage as needed and every other weekend. Competitive pay based on experience and a supportive team environment are offered.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct calls through a multi-line phone system.
• Maintain resident directories and related records.
• Provide information and directions to visitors.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Assist with office tasks and clerical duties as assigned.
