Job summary

St. Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a beautifully renovated 54-bed skilled nursing facility in Dover, New Hampshire, offering both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. As part of the Catholic Charities New Hampshire continuum of care, we are proud to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm and supportive environment.

Schedule;

Saturdays and Sundays
12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

What You'll Do

Qualifications;

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• Previous long-term care experience required
• Prior nursing leadership or management experience preferred
• IV Certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with residents, families, physicians, staff, and visitors
