Role Overview
As the face of our stores, Receptionists greet customers, maintain organized records, and ensure smooth operations. They provide courteous service in person and on the phone.

Schedule
Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays. We are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Manage customer flow and answer incoming calls professionally.
  • Process insurance and managed care plans.
  • Provide accurate information to customers.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Maintain patient records and update order statuses.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
  • Participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both reading and speaking.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of related experience or training preferred.
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
