Avenues Recovery Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a Receptionist to manage front-desk duties for our inpatient Detox and Residential facility. You will greet visitors, handle calls, mail, and a variety of administrative tasks to keep the front office running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, at least 1 year of experience in the treatment industry, and strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred.
• Min. 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accountability at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all standard clerical duties (emailing, filing, photocopying, faxing, transcribing etc.).
• Greet, process, and direct all facility visitors and answer questions.
• Monitor phones and voicemail; route calls and messages appropriately.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipments (UPS, Amazon).
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and inventory; restock supplies.
• Maintain pharmacy copay log and record payments.
