Join our award-winning team at Total Therapy Massage & Spa, proudly voted Best of Wheat Ridge 2018–2025! We’re looking for a warm, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to help create a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

This is a W-2, full-time, in-person position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, wellness-driven team.

Set Weekly Schedule (One Position Available):

* Monday to Friday

* 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM

* 36 hours/week – *no nights or weekends*

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth

* Answer phone inquiries and schedule appointments

* Rebook clients and promote memberships/packages

* Provide support to massage therapists and estheticians

* Process payments and manage client records

* Wash, fold, and organize spa linens

* Maintain cleanliness and assist with light sanitation duties

Ideal Candidate:

* Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

* Personable with excellent communication skills

* Sales experience is a plus

* Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic setting

* Spa or wellness industry experience preferred

* Positive attitude and a team-player mindset

* $16.00/hour

* W-2 employee status

* 10% commission on all product sales

* Two performance-based raises per year

* Paid Time Off & Paid Sick Time

* Paid major holidays (we’re CLOSED on major holidays)
