Position Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist performs front desk duties including answering phones, greeting patients, processing forms, and maintaining patient records.

- Vision - Adequate to perform the essential functions of the job such as read the computer terminal
- Hearing - Adequate to perform the essential functions of the job such as answering the telephone
- Speaking - Adequate to perform the essential functions of the job such as communicating via telephone and in person for the purposes of staff meetings and providing patient information
- Dexterity - Adequate to perform the essential functions of the job such as sorting papers; stapling; operating office equipment
- Mental Demands - Adequate to perform the essential functions of the job such as dealing with a dissatisfied customer with a billing grievance.
